"Have a Nice Day" Mug
Polite on the rim, savage at the bottom – the finger appears with the final sip.

Sweet, black, perfectly civil – it wishes everyone a nice day right there on the front. Then your colleague drains the last mouthful, tips it back, and gets flipped off by the bottom of their own mug.
It behaves in the cupboard and misbehaves at the exact right moment. Every office needs precisely one, and it should obviously be on your desk.
For the coffee-fuelled coworker, the passive-aggressive Secret Santa, or the friend who says “no offence” before every sentence.
